Corporate Suites Plus offers you a full sized, furnished apartment instead of a cramped hotel room or a suite style room that is nothing more than a bedroom with a "kitchenette". What is the difference between Corporate Suites Plus and other corporate housing companies? We believe all guests are entitled to good quality service, not part of the time, but all of the time. Every detail of our product and service is designed with our guest's comfort in mind. It's the little things we have done that make the "livability" of staying with us more enjoyable and less stressful. What is included in my apartment? Can I get an extra TV or a crib for my baby? All apartments are full sized, completely furnished apartments with high quality amenities, linens and furniture. A washer/dryer, 27" or 32" TV, vacuum and multiple phones are included in every apartment. Phone, cable and utility services are provided as well. And just about anything can be customized for an additional fee including maid service. Can my corporate apartment be near my office? Certainly. We work with you to select the perfect property in the most convenient area for you. I have an insurance claim. Can I still get a corporate apartment? Absolutely. Many of our guests are displaced families due to insurance claims on black mold, fire and flood. We work directly with your adjuster to make this time as stress-free as possible. Can I bring my dog, cat and goldfish? Our apartment complexes usually allow pets, depending on pet size and how many you have. An additional pet deposit is usually required. Call our agents for more information. What is the minimum length of stay? We usually require a minimum 30-night stay. Any stay less than 30 consecutive nights is subject to local hotel taxes and availability. What are your rates? How do I pay for my corporate apartment?
